Steve Cramer has been interested in building and remodeling homes since graduating from the University
of Washington in 1972. He began his construction career part time while he was teaching for the Seattle School District. Soon he was able to devote his attention to building homes full time and Cramer Construction was born in 1975.
Cramer Construction has built homes in West Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, Hunt’s Point, Medina, Edmonds, and Woodinville areas. Each home is considered as creating a piece of fine art, with every detail mattering, from the design concept, finish carpentry, to the landscaping, and every other intricate part of a home.
Cramer Construction had a unique opportunity to develop a subdivision in Yarrow Bay called The Reserve. They were able to build 13 homes each carefully designed to complement the incredible 40 acres of wetlands surrounding the property. The last home was completed in April 2006.
Cramer Construction built a luxury home for the 2005 Seattle Street
of Dreams, Nolan Woods in Woodinville. The home “Aston Villa” was
sold during the 39 day event.

We then purchased the last remaining lot in gated Nolan Woods and
has recently completed “Villa Grandezza.” In a picturesque setting
of tall evergreens, this new luxury home captures the essence of
Pacific Northwest living.
Cramer Construction continues to build custom and speculative homes
throughout the Pacific Northwest. To learn more, please take
