THE RESERVE ESTATES - KIRKLAND

These homes are all located in The Reserve Estates a gated community of 4 homes surrounded by 80 acres of wetlands. The homes are served by a private cobblestone road House footprints were all carved out of hillside lots. Each feature 4 or 5 bedrooms, 3 or 4 bathrooms, professional kitchens and appliances, extensive use of rare granite and stone. Homes feature maple, walnut and Brazilian cherry flooring and woodwork. Custom cabinetry and amenities throughout. A private, safe & secure location that is still close in to downtown Kirkland and Bellevue.

  3500 sq. ft. of luxury. Built in 14 x 14 wine room with custom racking and murals to depict a small Italian Villa. 4 BR's on the upper level and a total of 3 Ba.  Perfect for a couple or small family that loves to entertain given its open main level and easy flow throughout.

  Extensive exterior stone work grace the front of this 3800 sq ft home. Brazilian cherry floors and unique designer ceramic tiles make the home comfortable but elegant. 4 BR's on upper level, 3 1/2 baths.

  This home is very special to Cramer Construction. It was the inaugural home in a 13 lot development. During the permitting stage of this home, a pair of bald eagles decided to make their new home in a nearby cottonwood tree. The roof cupola was added with a weathervane showcasing an eagle in flight. It was magnificent to watch them soar above us during the construction of all the homes. Our Eagles were proud parents of 4 baby eaglets over the three year period they stayed in residence. 3800 sq. ft of magnificent home with a dedicated theater.
