Steven D. Cramer, President
Steve was born and raised in West Seattle. He graduated
from the University of Washington in 1972 and began a career in
education. While teaching during the day, he began purchasing and
renovating single family homes on eves and weekends. In 1975 C & L
Remodeling was born. After three years in partnership Steve ventured
out on his own and formed Cramer Construction in 1978. Steve
incorporated the company in 1989. Steve is married to Celia Cramer and
they have two wonderful children Colin & Casey and two dogs, Rocky &
Simba. Most of Steve’s time is spent planning and organizing ongoing
projects and searching for the next building opportunity. Steve’s
hobbies include playing backgammon, sports, movies, reading and
collecting fine wines. Steve can be reached at

Celia R. Cramer, Vice President
Celia grew up in Portland, Oregon. Celia came
to Seattle in 1968 to attend the school of Nursing at the University
of Washington. In 1972 upon graduating with honors & a BSN in
Nursing, Celia accepted a position at Veteran’s Hospital. In two years
Celia was promoted and became the youngest Head Nurse in the hospitals
history. During the following 25 years she acted as the Oncology Nurse
Manager helping physicians in creating innovative care programs for
Oncology patients. In 1997 Celia retired to join Steve in the family
construction business. Celia passed her State exams to become a
licensed Real Estate Professional and affiliated with Coldwell Banker
Bain’s Bellevue office. Celia’s passion and dedication to her clients
and her new career soon vaulted her into the elite “President’s
Circle” recognizing her strong business ethics and her desire to do
the “Best” possible in whatever she pursues. Celia’s interests include
her beloved Mariners & Seahawks, Reading, and gardening. Celia can be

Colin J. Cramer, Vice President in charge of Operations
After graduating from Seattle’s Garfield High
School Colin followed in his parent’s footsteps and attended the
University of Washington. His final 1 1/2 years of college were spent
overseas. Colin helped to develop sports programs for underprivileged
children in South Africa and spent one year at the American University
of Cairo. While residing in Cairo, Colin met his wife to be, Yasmin
Khalil. Yasmin joined Colin in Seattle and they married. Colin
continues to learn the intricacy’s of the construction business. He
has a burning passion to do everything to perfection and is satisfied
with nothing less. Colin’s interests include playing baseball, reading

Casey Cramer, Future Architect
Casey graduated from Garfield High School. He was accepted at California Polytechnic State University, "Cal Poly" and as a freshman entered into the School of Architecture. Casey’s designs have earned him accolades from his professors and peers. Casey recently completed studies at the Fontainebleau Ecoles des Beaux-Arts in Fontainebleau, France. During the fall of 2004 he did an internship in San Francisco at the firm Arcanum Architecture. Presently he is participating in a program traversing the Indian subcontinent studying architecture. In the future Casey plans to continue to gain experience and knowledge in the field of architecture through a combination of work and travel.
